Phone Number: Used for account registration and verification via SMS.
Game IDs: Game account identifiers (e.g., Steam ID, PSN ID) that you voluntarily bind to your profile.
User Content: Recruitment posts, ratings, reviews, and notes you create within the App.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically.

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Features you interact with, recruitment posts you view or create, and applications you submit.
Log Data: IP address, request timestamps, and API endpoints accessed.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To facilitate team recruitment and matching
To display game account information to team captains after match confirmation
To improve and optimize the App experience
To communicate with you about service updates and important notices
To prevent fraud, abuse, and violation of our User Agreement

3. Information Sharing

3.1 With Other Users. Your game IDs are shared only with team captains after your application is approved. Your phone number is never shared with other users.

3.2 Third Parties. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers essential to App operation (e.g., SMS delivery services, cloud hosting).

3.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and token-based authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently erased within a reasonable timeframe.

Correction: You can update your game account bindings at any time.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data via Profile → Delete Account.
Objection: You may object to data processing by ceasing use of the App and deleting your account.

NeonFind is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
